Vital Rehab Inc. is a multidisciplinary rehabilitation clinic in Newfoundland and Labrador, founded by physiotherapist Erica Norman and built on a philosophy of compassionate, patient-centered care.
The Challenge
As a brand-new clinic preparing to launch in 2026, Vital Rehab needed a website that would establish credibility, clearly communicate a wide range of services, and make it easy for patients to book appointments. The site also needed to reflect the clinic’s deeply personal story and holistic, welcoming in-person environment.

We designed and developed a mobile-friendly website that balances professionalism with warmth and approachability. We created a clean, intuitive structure for services, integrated the Jane booking system for seamless online scheduling. We were inspired by Erica’s story of resilience and wanted to craft a visual identity that reflects the clinic’s calm, supportive atmosphere.
The Results
The result is a modern, user-friendly website that supports the clinic’s rapid early growth and provides a strong digital foundation for the business. The brand has translated beyond the screen – our colour palette even inspired elements of the physical clinic space – creating a cohesive and memorable experience for patients both online and in person.
