The Paramedic Association of Newfoundland and Labrador was formed on April 18th, 2005. Since its inception, PANL has stressed the need for an association to represent Emergency Medical Service (EMS) professionals in the province.


PANL had an existing WordPress website but needed a better way to manage and communicate with its members. Moving membership management onto the website would remove the need for spreadsheets and spam-prone mass emails.


We kept them on the WordPress platform to reduce the learning curve of a new site. We also introduced a membership management application that would not only process payments for new and recurring membership fees but would also send reminders about upcoming renewals and would connect with a mailing list to make communicating with members easier.
